The Hillside Foundation is the foundation of Homeowners of the Belair area (=Cay Hill East) on St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies. In short we call this area “Belair”. It is located between our capital, Philipsburg, the main shopping area and our airport, Princess Juliana International Airport. In close proximity of this area are The St. Maarten Medical Center, The Raoul Illidge Sport Complex and the Belair Beach Hotel.

Belair has been developed approximately 4 decades ago by Holiday Paradise Development Little Bay. It is a very nice residential area divided into approximately 120 properties of which 87% is constructed.

Commercial activities are not allowed in Belair.
